Venk Lal is a Partner at EverKey Global Partners and the Head of Risk and Trading. Prior to joining, Venk contributed to the financing products, derivatives and capital markets businesses in the Institutional Securities Department of Morgan Stanley. From 2002 to 2007, Venk served as an Executive Director in the Consolidated Equities Division of Morgan Stanley advising hedge Fund and other investment management firms on implementing and managing risk exposures in global equity markets. From 1997 to 2002, he advised and structured capital markets solutions for Morgan Stanley’s corporate clients. Mr. Lal earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1995. From 1991 to 1993, Mr. Lal worked at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst in its Financial Institutions Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Mr. Lal is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
