Richard Boxer is President of Buckingham Capital Corporation, a Canadian merchant bank since 1992. Buckingham has been involved in over $1 billion in equity or debt financings, as either an agent or a principal. Most have involved early stage Canadian companies in both private and public markets including AlarmForce Industries Inc. and Falls Management Company (Fallsview Casino Resort). Prior to Buckingham, Richard was president of a Canadian-based manufacturing company. His governance experience includes serving as director of a number of TSX and TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies and not-for-profit organizations such as the Toronto Public Library, the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and the Canadian Paraplegic Association. He currently holds a number of public and private equity investments. Richard holds a BA degree from Queen's University an MBA from York University and earned his CA designation in Toronto with Ernst and Young.
