Funds - Introduction

Roundtable manages 3 investment mandates via pooled fund offerings: the Roundtable Dividend & Income Fund, the Roundtable U.S. Dividend & Income Fund and the Roundtable Growth Fund. Roundtable is the manager and principal distributor of each Fund. SGGG Fund Services is the administrator and Scotia Capital Inc. is the prime broker for the Funds.

The Roundtable Everkey Global Focus Fund is a global equity fund managed by Jeff Everett of Everkey Global Partners. SGGG Fund Services is the administrator and Credit Suisse is the prime broker for this fund.

Units of the Roundtable Funds may be purchased only by “accredited investors”.
