Focused Equity Fund

Investment objective:
The Fund’s primary objective is to provide long-term growth through capital appreciation and income. The Fund seeks North American investment opportunities, with a focus on Canadian equities.

Fund Strategies:
The Fund’s cash and equivalents level will fluctuate and at times may be significant. Cash levels will be a function of Roundtable’s ability to find attractive long and short investments rather than a deliberate top-down policy. Long positions within the Focused Equity Fund are concentrated in medium and large capitalization companies. The focus is on companies with high returns on capital employed and strong balance sheets that are trading below their intrinsic value. Short positions are taken in securities in which Roundtable believes to be trading at prices substantially above their intrinsic value and in which a near term catalyst can be identified.

Fees:
Roundtable receives an annual management fee from the Fund payable monthly. Roundtable is eligible to receive a performance fee once certain thresholds are exceeded. Refer to the Offering Memorandum for additional fee details.
