EverKey Global Focus Fund

Investment objective:
The primary investment objective of this Fund is to provide long-term capital appreciation by identifying global investment opportunities. The Investment Manager believes that changes across the globe, as well as the presence of under-researched companies, create compelling valuation anomalies and opportunities for investors. The Fund is an opportunistic global equity fund focused on non-consensus and undervalued investments that the Investment Manager believes will increase in value during a given three to five year time horizon. The investment Manager has historically found the emerging markets to be unusually fruitful in its search for investments consistent with the above criteria. The Investment Manager's investment process will focus on finding non-consensus ideas, analyzing normalized profitability and valuation characteristics and investing in the most attractive investments. The Investment Manager believes that the highest returns are most often generated from investing in securities where the market consensus is unable to look through near-term issues to determine normalized earnings power and prospects.

Fees:
