From 1994-1998 he was President & CEO of Baton Broadcasting Inc. and Chairman of the Board, CTV Television Network Limited.             Douglas is currently on the Advisory Committee of Daimler Chrysler Canada Inc. and Quebecor Ontario. His business directorships include: Rothmans Inc., White Raven Capital Corp. and Retirement Residences REIT. Notable past directorships include Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (25 years), Norcen Energy Resources Limited and Eaton’s of Canada Limited.
